My grandfather Sam Phillips taking Bing Crosby fishing on Maligne Lake in #Jasper. My great-grandpa built the houseboat on Maligne lake and my grandpa grew up there. As a teen he worked there as a fishing guide before becoming a forest ranger. Jasper is in my heart.

Historical buildings my great-grandfather built & grandfather worked in, the church my grandparents married in, their house, & the museum housing the Curly Phillips artifacts will be consumed by the #JasperWildfires. I’m heartbroken for #Jasper. Heartbroken for my family.
