Some say what they think. And want.
Some learned to think about the reaction they want to provoke first. And then simply say what most likely will provoke that reaction.
The former is great for working in the office.
The latter is poisonous.
It is easy to forget working in advertising is that you have no authority.
You have the creative freedom to come up with ideas.
But not the authority to make them happen.
All you can do is consult and inspire.
That can be a burden.
Or a profession.
