@sainsburys really enjoyed doing the Christmas shop this morning; especially the bit where the assistant took everything out of all the bags to rescan the whole shop at the self service checkout.
@SamanthaTaghoy This is an overly simplistic solution to complex issue. Where does the person who committed the crime face justice? Where would they carry out their sentence? There would be no obligation for the receiving country to do anything. Will your slogan be ‘Do the crime, face no time’?

@OwenJones84 With this in mind, should you have campaigned for Labour to give them a stronger voice against Reform? Voting Green doesn’t seem to have helped.
The #GeneralElection2024 is tomorrow.
It's also my first time voting in a general election - after becoming British (at the council in Huntingdon) 4 years ago.
I could have never imagined when I moved to the UK 12 years ago that I'll be a citizen, a councillor and now the Labour parliamentary candidate in Huntingdon.
There have been so many people during my journey in politics who have supported me - I am in politics because I want to use my lived experience as well as my experiences in work and local government to create opportunities for others - especially those who have not been as lucky as I have been.
This campaign has only been possible due to hundreds of hours of volunteer time, from the leaflet bundling after midnight after days of work and council meetings, to the weekend canvassing across towns and villages, to the daily social media videos showing some of the realities of the campaign.
Whatever the result tomorrow, I will be forever grateful to all those who supported me during this amazing journey.
Change is possible in Huntingdon if you vote for it. Polls are open from 7am - 10pm.

4 days left til the #generalelection! 🌹
The daily video for today is not from me, but from some of the residents in the Huntingdon constituency who are voting Labour this election.
Video entirely produced by volunteers 😊

@soulboy731 Breakfast clubs provide wrap around care for parents so that they can go to work. Would you rather put tax payers money into schemes like this or supporting people out of work? We pay £15 a day for one child, who has breakfast at home then goes to club so that we can get to work
@alexbeckett I went through the questionnaire. Not a single question about Peterborough. Populist politics from @paulbristow79 and no interest in the real issues faced by P’Boro.
@TUIUK I appreciate your concern. This was not the case on Saturday. The change of flight plan has lost us a day of our holiday, we arrive after the hire company closes and now having to book another nights accommodation to manage flying back in the early hours of the AM with a 2yr old
@TUIUK on Friday you informed me of a change to our flight times. On Saturday I called at 9am to advised that this was no longer acceptable. You escalated the complaint and advised that a manager would call back within 24hours. I have heard nothing!
@Support_TuiUK44 I’m travelling with my wife, our 2 year old and 6 year old. Do we have to pay the extra charge or will you seat children with the adults?
@JonWales123@amymayforrester There was a discussion. We agreed on what content to put on the posters; some info was added some removed. Our designs are much less formal than the example on social media and don’t have uni logos.
What is your objection? ‘Crass’ is a little vague.
@JonWales123@amymayforrester It was presented to all staff as an idea, not a directive, with the clear focus being that it would be used as a conversation starter with students. To get them talking about diverse career routes. No staff objected to me or their line managers.
