If you're looking to add size to your arms especially your biceps, you want to add barbell curls
Make sure on the eccentric (way down) you really control the weight for 3 seconds, this is the part of the phase that actually causes the most muscle growth
3-4 sets & 6-8 reps

I haven’t done this hip mobility drill with any consistency literally in years
In fact I do zero direct mobility work myself (outside of training full ROM of course)
