Hey @CarnivalCruise Estrella Daura is not #glutenfree. It is gluten removed, which is different and unsafe for those with #CeliacDisease - Please change your labeling and stock a truly gluten free option @GFWatchdog
“What represents tolerable risk to you, the consumer?”
Tolerable risk to me is every serving containing less than 20 ppm gluten. If faced with the risk of one in 26 or one in 33 servings containing gluten at a level I will become sick, I will skip oats.
Hey @starbucks, with the new rewards program, I can get a ham & cheese croissant for 50 stars and a grande americano for 150 stars. They cost about the same. Since I have celiac disease, can I get the croissant for 50 stars and then immediately trade it for a grande americano??
@RoyalCaribbean Every single ship in your fleet claims this is gluten free when it is not. There are many good truly #glutenfree beers out there and it’s mind boggling to me why RC continues to dangerously market this “gluten removed” beer as gluten free.
@SunBasketMeals@GFWatchdog In that case you cannot call your products gluten free. You are using a regulated term that requires your products to have less than 20 ppm of gluten. This is deceptive marketing and endangers people. You should either fix your processes or change your labeling/marketing.
.@sunbasketmeals got your mailer and was excited to give your #glutenfree plan a try, not so excited when I visited your website to find out that gluten free does not equal gluten free for your food. If it's not less than 20ppm you need to change your labeling. @GFWatchdog
