@MensHumor As a Gen X’er I can tell people to start small. My last rental in college when I waited tables didn’t have a subfloor in the kitchen. The first house I bought was a dump, the 2nd kinda dumpy, 3rd nice, 4th… really nice. Reset expectations and get in the game or eat dust.
