UK grid is again the bonfire of the fossil fuels.
Gas combined-cycles, gas turbine peakers and coal all burning quite a lot this evening. Oh, and the grid briefly issued a 'supply warning' as they system was running on a perilously thin buffer. And it's early December.
WTI crossed below the 200 day moving average a week ago and has struggled ever since. It managed to inch above it when markets opened back up after the holiday weekend on Monday, but that was short lived.
