@nighguy Perception: Faster Ads and less Idle sway but more sensitive to flashs or weather effects (because more sensitive)
Maybe Charisma wouldn't play much of a role, or maybe could boost allies morale (movement speed++) when you sing a song or something
And those go up to like 0-80
@nighguy But not 80 perks that have random and too specific effects like "Make your reload speed 1.873% faster if for 1.28sec if X,Y,Z".

@Lobokoni May I ask how you draw those perfect curves (eyes/face) in pixel art? Do you really do them by hand/ pixel by pixel or do you use some shape tools to get the curve perfect everytime?
