The way it will work is that the goal is to graduate every scholar to obtain their own #NFTs by setting up a smart contract where it will split the scholars takings in half (or chosen % by owner and scholar) to get locked up and can only be taken out once it hits the NFT price.

This will:
✅- Lower sell pressure on the #PlayToEarn game
✅- Scholars will become managers within the guild and reinvesting
✅- Ensure that the scholar is working towards a goal and owning their own #NFT/team
✅- A healthier ecosystem and creating a vibrant community
