I'm saddened of Kaylee Hottle’s passing. ​I met her at Northeast Comic Con'21. Her performance as Jia in GvsK & GxK broke barriers in Hollywood to inspire deaf actors everywhere.
​My heart goes out to everyone who loved her.

As a customer & victim of Spiral Studios & Kaiju Live on their King Ghidorah release, I can attest this is just a small taste of how you are treated. EMails & socials were ignored for weeks. They or their supporters will attack you or spread lies. Godzilla Fans should avoid!

After recurring complaints about quality and service, the owner of @studio_spiral takes to Facebook telling a critical customer to "shut up" and "keep your mouth shut".

Running a company involves maintaining a public image, even in the face of upset customers. When you charge a premium price for premium items, those customers are going to have a high standard for not only the item they receive but the level of care they experience throughout the transaction. To blow up like this on social media is a very, very bad look, and it might be worth pulling back and issuing a formal apology.
