Goblinframework officially live on @ponsdotfamily.
We map the invisible architecture of cyberspace. Each agent — a goblin — does one thing. Goblins propose, goblins critique, goblins enforce. No goblin owns the full problem. No goblin works without a scope. This charter defines how goblins cooperate and what rules they follow.
Small over large. Explicit over implicit. Boundaries over freedom. Enforcement before trust. Review before action. Memory with evidence. Actions are reversible. Everything leaves a trace. The framework ensures mechanical enforcement before qualitative review.
Real-time execution pipeline monitoring. Every agent transition is tracked, validated, and recorded. No action goes unlogged. No boundary goes unchecked.

Review output for quality, over-production, hidden risks, and scope compliance.
Skeptics don’t produce. They evaluate. A Skeptic pushes back on anything that doesn’t map to a clear decision.

The runtime validates your offering, builds scope, runs Steward checks mechanically, and writes a structured ledger LLM-integrated goblins.
We build AI systems as small, bounded agents that cooperate.

Before each production step, Steward derives:
> approved_scope: From permissions + territory
> blocked_scope: From do_not_do + constraints + forbidden actions
If output falls outside approved_scope or inside blocked_scope, Steward blocks it. No exceptions.
Boundaries territory. The set of resources a goblin may access: files, APIs, datasets, systems.
Permissions, the set of actions a goblin may perform: read, write, deploy, notify.
Constraints > Rules the output must satisfy: compliance, style, performance requirements.
do_not_do
Explicit negative scope. Things the goblin must not do, even if they would help.
Goblins don’t persist state between runs by default.
Memory is external and explicit:
> Grudge book: Records past failures and how to detect them.
> Ledger: Records every run’s decisions and outcomes.
Grudges make enforcement context-aware.
A grudge says: This went wrong before. Here’s how to catch it next time.
