Fermented hot sauce. Had to add some vinegar because I didn't have anything handy to test the pH. I should have used all four Carolina reapers that I had,I only used two. It could stand to be slightly hotter. #hotsauce

@TechConnectify Midwest very hard water. We use Finish hard water booster for our dishwasher pre-wash. It's basically citric acid and a tiny bit of d-limonene. Can get the same results with the same amount of citric acid. Adding anything to the pre-wash makes a big difference.
