To get through long distance running like a marathon, you just have to think about it in chunks. "Oh I'm at 10k, 3 more 10k to go. Then +2km"

At 21km, (dont think that it's halfway more) "oh just 10km more and i'm just 10km away. Each 10km is an hour and some away na lang naman.
