@GiganetUK@CityFibre I'm tagging both of you because I don't know who is in charge. My installation had a pon error on January 30th and engineers said another team would fix it. It's February 23rd and nothing is sorted. I've been waiting for weeks.
@CityFibre@GiganetUK Theyโve contacted you for three weeks, but youโve missed appointments each time. Iโve raised complaints and am waiting for you to confirm a time and date. Unfortunately, I canโt switch since youโre the installer for the area. Even if I join a another ISP, Iโll face the same issue
@FedExHelp@FedEx I've had 2 packages stolen over 2 days from your driver. I live in an apartment complex that has a package locker that all of the couriers deliver the packages to, including FedEx, but this driver didn't deliver them. 1/?
