@SchrodingrsBrat When something feels “absolutely certain” to be with strong emotions tagging along, I now take it as a warning sign that I might be wrong.
Looking back that righteousness was stifling.
A study was published on how personality traits relate to life satisfaction.
The no.1 trait of people satisfied with life?
“Having a lot of fun.”
Here’s what else they found:
@inspiretobewell@NutriDetect If indeed Vitamin A can be stored it is more complicated.
We can’t tell how much is stored because it is not in your blood. Only a biopsy can show it.
We may be “deficient” because the liver is not releasing its stores. That’s why I’d try zinc first.
@inspiretobewell I’m still exploring. Most info is from @NutriDetect and his hundreds of livestreams.
I just recall what he said but have not really studied any in detail.
@inspiretobewell Would supplement zinc first because people often see serum vitamin A go up with zinc because the liver is releasing it.
People may have years of Vitamin A stored in the liver.
Your profile also shows that your Vitamin A went up along with zinc.
@inspiretobewell I think the main issue (myself included) is that people have been taking way too much Vitamin A in the past. I’ve probably taken 2x-5x RDA for months.
If most people just taken 1xRDA their whole lives they would probably be mostly fine.
@inspiretobewell Dr. Smith mentioned that zinc deficiency causes Vitamin A to be trapped in the liver. Your profile seems to prove it.
A lot of people on low Vitamin A diets actually have high serum Vitamin A.
It's absolutely wild to me that anyone finds this python code easier to read than the equation. Does anyone who follows me feel this way? Can you please explain yourselves?

Learned something about leverage and also a reframe of how to deal with complaints: the complainer cared enough to complain. They are giving you a chance to resolve it and earn trust.
