@BofA_Help this is the 3rd time in 3 mos your ATM in busy South Hampton St Louis does not work. Screen freezes, it has my cash deposit and debit card. I wait 15 min for “time is running out” but it doesn’t complete deposit. I have to call and file claim. Unacceptable. Do better!
