@pr4ttyskinny for your first trip 1.5-2 grams is usually pretty safe, but i agree with the other commenters that its heavily dependent on mindset!! for me the comeup lasted about 45 mins until i actually started tripping, you might get a little nauseous coming up but thats totally normal
