Well the document actually says none of that, and I've seen it dozens of times already.

The document, if real, says that the withdrawal of the US from Iraq in 2011 actually caused the Islamic State to grow because of Maliki's massacre against Sunnis, which made IS a "rational alternative".

It also says that leaders of IS, AQ, Hamas and other jihadist groups all prefer Trump.

99% of people will only read the caption of these engagement baiting posts and not the actual document to just have their dose of confirmation bias.
