Family, friends, health, fun, inspiring. That’s what @ggscf is & way more. Today, I ran 5 km with my family in memory of my uncle Ajmer Sidhu who passed away due to cancer. He was key in starting this organization. Thank you for your legacy & big thank you to all the organizers!

We went out for a 5k supporting @ggscf placing in our significant age groups was a bonus gracious @NavdeepSBains shared the cup for a photo he placed first in his age group and me 2nd in mine. Aging gracefully, movement is key. #keeprunning
From one Nishan Sahib to the other, this 5km run is one of my favourites! Supporting @ggscf watching all the little ones and the many seniors cross the finish line makes me burst with happiness! Community coming together. #sikhs
