Imran Khan has been kept in solitary confinement for six months under brutal conditions, while Bushra Bibi is being held the same way. Their freedom is being deliberately blocked by the Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court, who refuses to fix their bail hearings.

Imran Khan has made it clear that the judiciary is no longer independent, it is acting like a tool of the government. Judges assigned to his cases are not delivering justice; they are ensuring hearings never happen. The reality is simple: the moment this case is heard, its weak and baseless nature will be exposed, and bail will become unavoidable. That is exactly why it is being stalled. Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi continued imprisonment is due to Judge Dogar, who is openly facilitating a government that came to power by stealing Imran Khan’s mandate.

Through Salman Safdar, Imran Khan has sent a message, his wife is being pushed to the edge by prolonged isolation. He has said he can endure this ظلم himself, but she is being broken to force him into submission. The pressure is deliberate, calculated, and inhumane. He said clearly “no deal, no surrender! It is liberty or death.”

We have been informed that my father, Imran Khan, has lost most of the vision in his right eye, with reports indicating only 15% eyesight remains. This is the direct consequence of 922 days of solitary confinement, medical neglect (denied blood tests) and the deliberate denial of proper treatment in jail.

The responsibility lies squarely with the regime in power, the Army Chief and the puppets enabling this cruelty. This physical deterioration is happening under their orders, their watch and their responsibility. They have manipulated and warped the justice system in order to keep my father in solitary confinement.

My brother and I are still being denied visas to see our father as his health deteriorates. History will record this injustice.

We urge human rights bodies, legal institutions and democratic nations to confront this persecution and ensure those responsible face consequences.

My father has been under arrest for 845 days. For the past six weeks, he has been kept in solitary confinement in a death cell with zero transparency. His sisters have been denied every visit, even with clear court orders allowing access. There have been no phone calls, no meetings and no proof of life. Me and my brother have had no contact with our father.

This absolute blackout is not a security protocol. It is a deliberate attempt to hide his condition and prevent our family from knowing whether he is safe.

Let it be clear: the Pakistani government and its handlers will be held fully accountable legally, morally and internationally for my father’s safety and for every consequence of this inhumane isolation.

I call on the international community, global human rights organisations and every democratic voice to intervene urgently. Demand proof of life, enforce court ordered access, end this inhumane isolation and call for the release of Pakistan’s most popular political leader who is being held solely for political reasons.

میرے والد کو گرفتار ہوئے 845 دن ہو چکے ہیں۔ پچھلے چھ ہفتوں سے انہیں مکمل بے خبری کے ماحول میں ڈیتھ سیل میں تنہا رکھا گیا ہے۔ ان کی بہنوں کو ہر ملاقات سے روک دیا گیا ہے حالانکہ عدالت کے واضح احکامات موجود ہیں۔ کوئی فون کال نہیں، کوئی ملاقات نہی�� اور زندگی کی کوئی خبر نہیں۔ میں اور میرا بھائی اپنے والد سے کسی قسم کا رابطہ نہیں کر سکے۔

یہ مکمل اندھیرا کسی حفاظتی پروٹوکول کا حصہ نہیں۔ یہ ایک جان بوجھ کر کی گئی کوشش ہے تاکہ ان کی حالت کو چھپایا جائے اور ہمارے خاندان کو یہ نہ معلوم ہو سکے کہ وہ محفوظ ہیں یا نہیں۔

واضح رہے کہ پاکستانی حکومت اور اس کے آقاؤں کو میرے والد کی حفاظت اور اس غیر انسانی تنہائی کے ہر نتیجے کی قانونی، اخلاقی اور بین الاقوامی سطح پر مکمل ذمہ داری اٹھانا ہوگی۔

میں عالمی برادری، بین الاقوامی انسانی حقو�� کی تنظیموں اور ہر جمہوری آواز سے اپیل کرتا ہوں کہ فوری مداخلت کریں۔ زندگی کی تصدیق کا مطالبہ کریں، عدالت کے احکامات کے مطابق رسائی یقینی بنائیں، اس غیر انسانی تنہائی کو ختم کریں اور پاکستان کے سب سے مقبول سیاسی رہنما کی رہائی کا مطالبہ کریں جنہیں صرف سیاسی وجوہات کی بنا پر قید رکھا گیا ہے۔

In respectful compliance of the orders of my leader, and Founding Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Imran Khan, it is my honour to tender my resignation from the Office of the Chief Minister, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

When I took over as Chief Minister, the province was faced with a dual challenge of financial ruin and menace of terrorism. Over the last one and a half year, with the support of my cabinet, our party members and workers, my team of bureaucracy and above all, guidance of Imran Khan, we steered the province to financial stability and countered the menace of militancy with resolute courage and unwavering decision-making. We initiated mega projects of nation-building in a province that was militarily categorised as a warzone.

I thank all my cabinet colleagues, members of the Assembly - both from PTI as well as opposition - and all officers of KP bureaucracy who helped me face extraordinary challenges of governance in KP. I may not be able to claim with certainty that I did well on all those challenges but one thing that I can say with utmost certainty is that I served with absolute sincerity to the people of KP and always acted in the best interest of Pakistan.

9 مارچ 2021 جب مصطفے کی طبیعت ناساز ہوئی اور چند دن میں ہمیں پتہ چلا کہ یہ لیور کینسر ہے۔
ہماری زندگی اس وقت رک سی گئی ۔ وہ کینسر کا شکار ہوا اور ہم سب اس میں مبتلا ہو گئے ۔
پھر دنیا بھر میں رابطے اور پاکستان بھر میں کوششیں مگر complications ایسی کہ کوئی علاج ممکن نہ ہو سکا۔
یہ اپنے ہاتھوں سے ریت پھسلتے دیکھنے جیسا تھا۔
اپنی بے بسی کا ہر دن احساس اپنے best کے مطابق سعی مگر جو اللہ کو منظور ۔
میں شاید بہت کچھ لکھتا مگر ابھی ہمت نہیں۔ پھر کبھی لکھوں گا۔
9 مارچ 2021 کو مصطفے ساڑھے گیارہ برس کا تھا اور وہیں رک سا گیا۔ زندگی پھر چلی مگر ایک الگ ڈھب سے۔ کچھ دوست واقف کچھ ناواقف۔
کل سے اب تک دنیا بھر سے کالز ، میسیجز اور بذات خود آکر emotionally support کرنے والے تمام دوستوں کا شکریہ ۔
کچھ کا شکریہ میں زندگی بھر ادا نہیں کر سکتا ۔
آپ سب کو جواب دینے کی مجھ کل سے اب تک تو ہمت نہیں ہوسکی لیکن دو چار روز بعد انشاء اللہ کوشش ہوگی کہ سب کو جواب دے سکوں۔
