Thought I would add my room number. Also, the night manager never apologized. He just said "why did you sleep in the bed if you had a problem with it?" Nice. The customer is always right; it would have been nice to get a bit of sympathy. Nope! Just email [email protected]

First time I was at a hotel and found a mattress protector to make the bed soft. WORST sleep ever! Back hurts like hell. Contact [email protected] if you want a room with a throwaway mattress with sow bugs in it. I hope Skybridge Suites in London will refund my room!
