3. किन्तु इसके बावजूद भी इनके जले पर नमक छिड़कने के लिए केन्द्र व राज्य में दोनों सरकारें यूपी में अमेरिका जैसी सड़क बनाने जैसा हसीन सपना दिखाने में नहीं हिचक रही हैं। साथ ही, गरीबी, महंगाई, बेरोजगारी व पिछड़ेपन आदि से त्रस्त व विकास की भूखी जनता चुप है कि आगे क्या होगा?

2. जबकि यहाँ यूपी में दूसरी बार भाजपा की सरकार बनने के बाद से भी प्रदेश को गड्ढा-मुक्त करने के वादे व दावे हर मंत्री व नेताओं द्वारा लगभग हर रोज ही किए जाते हैं, लेकिन इनकेअन्य दावों की तरह ही सूबे को गड्ढा-मुक्त नहीं बना पाना लोगों को अब काफी विचलित कर रहा है।
