Over 50 days since we filed our dmgd baggage claim DELD2003175. Despite mltple calls, we’re still hearing that it's "under investigation." The stroller is useless without the canopy in the harsh Canadian winter. We need compensation and an update ASAP. @emirates @EmiratesSupport
