@XfinitySupport Yes. We went to the store and they said that does not include local services. So we changed back to a cable plan bit we lost the grandfathered plan and now are paying more for Xfinity incompetence. This needs to be fixed.

@XfinitySupport you guys really screwed me. Called to inquire about moving to streaming and asked multiple times if local channels were included. Answer was yes. So we signed up. We went to store and they confirmed that is not the case. Need u to fix issue.

@HorizonBCBSNJ Thank you for the follow call. I will stand corrected that the doctors office was not telling the truth and had not submitted the request. The rep that called us was very helpful and was able to push through authorization. So thank you.

@HorizonBCBSNJ how come it takes 7-10 days to approve a MRI for someone with spinal injury. That should be instant approval but instead you have to suffer through pain and can't treat. Please explain that policy.
