@IDFCFIRSTBank I have a terrible exeperience with them as I deposited a cheque in the drop box but still the amount has not been credited yet to my account.

My account has not been credited and now I am stuck with payment.

Customer service is useless and did nothing.

What a shame that they can not provide sumple details or cannotcredute dthe amount the same day even after RBI new ly framed guideline
