"And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient. Those who, when disaster strikes them, say, 'Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return."
Al-Baqarah (2:155-156)
Remember when our parent’s used to say this “ yeh dostiyan kuch waqt ka liye hoti hain” and we used to get angry at them but in the end, guess who was right? Us lmao let’s hangout
With every death I declare I get a little more calm. A lil more numb to the worries of this world. Nothing bothers me anymore because none of it really matters in the end. It's pointless. Though Idk if I'm getting strong or is it just pure numbness taking over.

I'm forever jealous of people who are not sensitive, who do take things seriously, who don't panic, don't take tension, who know how to ignore, who don't waste their time in overthinking, who don't have attachment issues, these people are the most blessed ones whom I always envy.
"What is meant for you will reach you, even if it is beneath two mountains.
What isn't meant for you won't reach you, even if it is between your lips." 💯
Panic attacks are painful. Coming with intense physical symptoms like chest pain & breathlessness triggering overwhelming fear, sense of losing control or even dying. Remember! you aren't alone. What you're feeling is real and it will pass. You're stronger than this moment.
I feel so emotional when I think about how low my Imaan is and how weak my relationship with الله swt is & how He still never fails to bless me every single day.❤️🩹
