@RBLBankCares Stop harrasment calling every 2mins from ur bank @RBLBankCares@HarassmentDebt receive calls inspite of being speaking to you agent ..your collection agents are rude and arrogant don't have professional attitude while speaking.. is this the way you treat customer
@RBLBankCares@HarassmentDebt -payment got delayed due as having covid but collection agency call us with different phone numbers including what's app even if u speak them to once.. is this u treat ur customers I don't think u are .. and even r only concerned about payment
@RBLBankCares It's not one number but from several phone numbers it's countless every 2 mins your collection team even after speaking to them don't you people time sense we don't have any work only answering your calls .. this harrasment at his best with arrogant rude collection agency
@RBLBankCares@debtharrasment -I was having due to which payment has been delayed but the collection agency call us with different numbers and harass even If u answer them then they will is this way u take care of customers ,I think ur collection agency don't care about customer
@HarassmentDebt rbl bank are worst they are calling you with different numbers and within every 5mins for collection of only one month payment is this the new harrassing policy adopted by bank they should understand the concerns of customer in covid times..
Also threatening me that will be sending executive inspite being speaking to me over the call and not in a position to listen to anyone ..is it way you treat your customer wherein he states that he don't want customer like us..plz look into ASAP
@HarassmentDebt -indusind bank are threatening me to go pay for final settlement as I'm made a payment of 1428 at present covid scenario were I'm severe financial crisis wherein i have lost the job but these collection agent mr.sayyed is shouting and saying we r not beggars
even after talking to collection agents they send field executives to take photographs of the home as if we have committed crime and plus these agents are rude when they speak to us.. is it the way you treat customers pls look into these harrasment and take appropriate actions
@tatacapital I have personal loans from tatacapital but due to pandemic and job loss I was unable to pay loan repayment but these collection team harrass and call at the times which is restricted by RBI
@MyIndusIndBank people from credit card Indus Ind collection team harrasing a lot even after speaking to them they are sending collection agents to house and harrasing neighbours and revealing my credit history plus over the call they are shouting is it way you are treating.
