@TheGhanaianAme1 @united I have trusted United for trips to and from the U.S./Ghana. This last experience was so illuminating—they do not care about us.

[Ama Frimpong @ghanameri_esq]

@united the way you have treated us in Ghana these last few days is very telling of what you think about us. It has been three days of this hell. Fix this!

[Ama Frimpong @ghanameri_esq]

@united @GhCivilAviation @FAANews @bcstoller_ual @Vandyckmarian @aquariusacquah And @bcstoller_ual how are you going to compensate us? The answer is not $200 vouchers. How insulting and wholly inadequate!

[Ama Frimpong @ghanameri_esq]

@united Filing formal complaint. Will chronicle publicly and in complaint the 3 days of blatant and intentional disrespect, dishonesty, lack of empathy from this company. @NAkufoAddo don’t allow United to treat Ghanaians, diasporans, other visitors this way.

[Ama Frimpong @ghanameri_esq]

@united @GhCivilAviation @FAANews @bcstoller_ual we need answers. As VP of customer care, what are you going to do to ensure this does not happen again?? What we experienced from @united was the opposite of customer care. Other travelers like @Vandyckmarian and @aquariusacquah want to know.

We are in court again today making clear that Trump’s racist efforts to end humanitarian immigration protections for 400,000 people is not only unconstitutional, but also inhumane #TPSJustice #ResidencyNOW #RedesignateNOW✊🏾
