Gandolfo's Deli was a place we liked to go during my BYU days & later when I was living in Provo. I like their Urban Cowboy sandwich. Breaded chicken, turkey, bacon, pepper jack cheese, cream cheese, lettuce, BBQ sauce, & mayonnaise (minus tomato for me) on a hero roll. Yum!
