@SonyLIV I think your ad service is broken. I’m being served with 2-3 ads at a time where 1 ad is audio+video and other ad’s audio is running behind. Audio is mix of 2-3 ads.

Pathetic experience with @Flipkart @flipkartsupport . I don’t understand why there is customer support team who just tells the information which you already know and don’t even try to resolve your issue.

It’s so unbelievable that @amazonIN doesn’t have any customer support involving. I have been trying to resolve my issue with social media team, and it’s next to impossible. Even Twitter DM of @AmazonHelp is handled by bots I think. There is no way where we can talk to human.

@amazonIN @AmazonHelp I’ve received a wrong item for my order and I’m unable to return it. Once I mention proper response, it says contact us, and it redirects to chatbot. Chatbot does nothing but ask same questions and shows contact us screen. Please look into this.
