@OpinionatedOrg @OnelifeMark @LegaliseNSW Patients can get an assessment done under the "Fitness to Drive" Guidelines. If doc deems you fit to drive they fill in a form saying so and this goes to the transport dept who put it on your record. Mark has been deemed fit to drive on his cannabis meds.

Thats 2 steps further on than ACT in the FIRST stage alonewith no burocratic overseer throwing anyone in jail. Get your facts right.
