Solid day for @GHHS_AD T/F at regionals today - four relays will run at states, junior Seth Norder won the 800 and 1,600 and was 2nd to teammate Nolan Clark in the 3,200. Soph Valerie Beeck won the girls 800 and frosh Nadia Prieditis won the 300 hurdles.

Congrats to @ghhsbucs senior Amerasia Miller for being recently named the @meijer Prep Athlete of the Week!! Amerasia competes in swimming and water polo, carries a 4.157 GPA along with participating in and filling leadership positions in many other activities!
