@TimoTweetss I'm taking about the journalists that say a game is good for the sole purpose of gaslighting them to buy change to facilitate more liberal trash. But you're just gonna continue in bad faith so I'm good.
@TimoTweetss Imagine bragging cause your $400m game sold like a million more than the game that cost $40m. No wonder these studios are failing, liberal logic doesn't work with biology OR math it seems.
@MonsterEagle91 Calling out BioShock for failing to listen to their customers isn't defending EA, EA is also absolutely trash. Both things can be true.
Imagine making a game for less than 1% of the population, then trying to gaslight people into thinking it's in the name of inclusion. Beyond me why it flopped.
This moment, for those of you who ACTUALLY played the game, is one of the most emotional and impactful on-screen parts of Taash's storyline, and is a perfect example of peak writing and storytelling from @bioware, as well as acting from Jin Maley, with a moment of absolute grief and rage played out. But none of the LARPers out there know what I'm talking about, because they never played the game, and the only thing they can manage when they see this image is a "GO WOKE GO BROKE" cry of outrage.
By the way: her ENTIRE storyline is optional. You NEVER have to do a single quest with her other than the recruitment part. If trans representation scares you that much....don't play her storyline. Only YOU control the buttons you click. Nothing was ever FORCED on you. Tourists.
But if you DID do the storyline, the entire arc with her mom, and how it finishes. Oof. Chef's kiss.
@furrimessiah@YorchTorchGames I also know the video game world is different than it was then but them, Square and Enix are probably the biggest shaper of my formative video game years.
@SaketxJane Its called a redemption arc (figured the left would gobble that shit up) first of all, and I know for me the problem is Falcon is just a dude with tech. I don't want another Tony Stark, I want a SUPER HERO. Bucky got the juice.
