Rewatching S4 Ep8 made me realize that having Kondo as chief director did more harm to DS than benefits.
He forced the team to adapt almost all panels 1:1 and fit them into a creative storyboard, which just made the ending of each cut feel lackluste,especially with the slow-mo

In the end ,He adapted Akaza���s backstory 1:1,suhara would’ve done a way better job. Instead, he had him do Shinobu’s fight while most likely forcing him to keep everything 1:1 as well even Muzan’s backstory was presented better with cool boards and ideas unlike akaza's
