COD returns in India can easily be 30–40%.

That means paying shipping twice for the same order.

They don’t.

Skip rate does.
📉 50%+ skip rate → reach dies
📈 <25% skip rate → pushed to a larger audience
📈 <15% skip rate → real virality begins

Engagement is secondary.
Attention is the real currency.
