I even had trusted contacts set up, they all three gave me the code and then i was told to check my email and click on the link and follow the instructions. problem is. FB never sent any links i check spam and everything every day just in case it is delayed

@Ogglas @Facebook This happened to me and has been 15 days now. i had 2500 friends, 500 followers, 5 groups that i admin and a popular business page. are they gone now? please fix this problem so we can all get back into our accounts

How long does it take you to fix this. it has been 5 days now. I need to video chat with my grand kids. can't do this without @Facebook please please help

My Facebook account I have had for over ten years is locked out. I cannot log in. I just get the message "Sorry, something went wrong. We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can."
