Hey @Lenovo_in @LenovoLegion can you please look into this. This user has been facing an overheating issue on his Lenovo Legion slim 7i Laptop which he bought for 1.4lakh rupees and your after sales service is doing nothing. Not a good way to treat your premium users

Never buy lenovo product again if you are from India. I bought a lenovo legion slim 7i worth 1.5 lakh rupees.I have heating issue since i bought the laptop. Had 2 heatsink replacement but still my issue is not resolved. After the 2nd heatsink replacement my issue has gotten worse

Bought lenovo legion slim 7i gen 8 worth 1.5 lakh around Oct 2023. Had overheating issue. Two technical visit. One heatsink replacement.
April 2024 Thermal throttling in gpu.
One heatsink replacement again on may. Issue not resolved.
