900 takes me to an automated ivr to use mystcapp.
I have tried everything and no help. I dont want to be charged for the add ons that are supposed to be free.

@stctvcare_mena hi my free add-ons are shown as charged. When i try to manage them, it says the request is on going. Its been like this for an hour or so now.
I don’t want to be charged for them.
