Why did they have to kill her?
Laura Flora was just a Form Three girl. A student at Vokoli Girls High School. Asleep in her bedroom in Koromatangi village, Kakamega, when armed robbers scaled the wall and invaded her home.
They hit her on the head. Tied her hands behind her back. Then went to her parents’ room demanding phones and money. Her father gave them everything he had. He pleaded. He begged them to spare his family. He told them he had no cash left.
They still left her dying.
He found her tied up and unresponsive. Carried her to the car. Rushed her to hospital. She was pronounced dead soon after.
They could have taken the phones. They could have taken the money. They could have walked away with whatever they came for. Instead, they ended a child’s life for nothing.
A father will never hold his daughter again. A classroom has an empty desk. A family is shattered forever.
This is not just a robbery. This is pure evil.
We demand justice for Laura Flora.
We demand that the killers are found, charged, and made to face the full weight of the law.
No more silence. No more forgotten victims.
Rest in peace, Laura. You deserved to grow up. You deserved to live.

This video is a call for help.
My mum is battling with stroke, and it is slowly taking her life. She needs urgent medical funds to stay alive, and I cannot do this alone anymore. Please, if you have it in your heart to help or retweet this to someone who can, I beg of you 🤲🏻🙏
@MartinnaMaree Millenials and tribalism 🤞🏾.
The era of ethnic segregational politics is over. The only boogeyman ahead of the next elections is a corrupt system that expedites and perpetuates retrogressive policies with impunity. Don't be a dinosaur.
How dare someone throw away the future of tomorrow like this…
Abandoned in the grass, left to the elements.
But at least she didn’t kill her child. That tiny life is still here, still breathing, still worthy of love.
Someone please help this baby. around engineer town
When a woman first becomes pregnant, her immune system treats the man's sperm as an antigen and tries to fight it. This is why they get morning sickness and stuff. When she gets another pregnancy from the same guy, her body is already used to his sperm. Now, pay attention lads:
If the woman gets pregnant for another man after carrying the previous guy's seed, the new man's sperm are foreign to her. And her immune system will fight it but this time more aggressively than the last. This is why things like preeclampsia arise. The new baby is likely to be born underweight with other complications because the body obviously doesn't want to keep the fetus. Her blood pressure will shoot through the roof. Her immune system is working overtime to expunge the new pregnancy because it's foreign to what it's already used to.
So, if your woman has had successful pregnancies with you and suddenly she begins developing complications on a new pregnancy, there's a very solid chance that the kid isn't yours. If you had signed a prenup, go the Hakimi way lmao. This is knowledge that is easily accessible from old men and women in the village. Our ancestors knew this. And it's probably why they insisted on marrying virgins to keep the bloodline pure and avoid things like this but I digress. Now you have a rough idea of how pregnancies can work. Isn't biology beautiful?
Ann Gitari looks soft & pure in that ruffled dress… until the husband opens the phone and finds “Niilisikia ukiwa mtamu… ulinipea poa” 😂
Bro thought he married a saint. Turns out the “stress” she was talking about was just managing the other men in the group chat.
Kenyan husbands still be out here like “My wife would never…” while research (and WhatsApp) keeps saying 70% of married women are running parallel operations. She’ll bring the diseases home then blame you for “not being present.”
Stay vigilant, kings. The soft voice and the blue leggings can still be booking appointments. 💀
I think people just don't know how to find actual local content. Yet there is so much of it online, especially on YouTube. One thing about Kenyan content, there's something for everyone. Just find the content that suits you!
For a country that hates its own, I think this is the worst kind of analysis you can have about what we produce because you paint a picture that we don't produce anything good. It doesn't help anyone.
