Multi world titles and rankings in gaming and TCGs. Now streaming @ParallelTCG and collecting sealed video games. Top #8 finisher in Paragons Awakening.
Made it to the quarter finals in my first @ParallelTCG tournament and had an epic duel with @BrazyBull and we went 3 out. GGs all! Big up @ParagonsDAO and @ParallelAiRev for putting this together. Insanely fun. I won't be able to sleep tonight haha!
As promised I have matched the teams commitment to deposit 600K $PRIME Tokens within the @AIWayfinder caching contract
The time locked deposit duration of this tranche was set for 1 Year
The core @ParallelTCG team has also kept its public commitments including the deposit of 600K tokens at a 3 year time lock, verifiable on chain
Congratulations to the @AIWayfinder team for the launch of their protocol bootstrapping program
Depositors of $PRIME will earn pre-TGE $PROMPT tokens over their committed caching periods
I am certain that Wayfinder will change the way onchain transactions are executed forever. Excited for whats ahead.

Dodgers are giga virgins, so my strat for this season was to change my name to cutegirl so they would actually want to play with me.
It worked suprisingly well and I barely had anyone dodge my games these past 2 days🤣🤣🤣
Phase 1 of the early concede penalty coming tomorrow. Dodgers in shambles. Now I say PHASE ONE because there will be more to come, this is just the start
The partnership with Rakuten is a key element in a distribution strategy to grow Parallel. Rakuten is the Amazon of Japan - if you buy Magic the Gathering, One Piece, Pokemon or Yu-Gi-Oh cards and you're in Japan chances are you're doing so on Rakuten. If you're buying a Manga, you’re also probably doing that on Rakuten. We are inserting a pack of cards or Parallel Manga in branded packages to bring Parallel into the hands of people who already enjoy comics and playing card games. Rakuten is a high targeting, low CAC in the largest TCG market in the world. They will also act as a distributor for people who want to buy more packs, comics, toys and more. To contextualize the size of distribution, Rakuten has over 40M MAU.
Outside of this partnership, here is a rundown of the things we are working on to give you a look at what’s coming down the pipe…
Stability / UI and UX has been an issue. I admittedly pushed for more features and prioritized them too long over UI/UX and we have a number of builds coming specially around this. We know if we want the game to be for everyone we need to fix these issues and have made this the priority.
Epic release is something we are approaching shortly. To accompany this release a number of our marketing and growth initiatives will come online. We want to ensure we resolve the UI/UX issues first, but there’s multiple pieces ready once were there that will open up Parallel for more ways to play. There’s a lot that is prepared for this and I know the marketing team is excited to see this happen soon.
Balancing is something the team is working on, I know balance has been a bit off out the gate on Planetfall but we are working to remedy this.
Aftermath is our third expansion set. First, off - it will be sold entirely in PRIME. Secondly, unlike Planetfall we want it to be “open and play” so you buy the pack open it and can immediately use the cards in game. The set is in development with the art team and the cards look exceptional - Excited for everyone to see them. In Parallel tradition, Aftermath will have its own new opening cinematic and experience to mark the occasion of the third set.
Colony is in UE5 development and we have continued to add resources to this team. We are working towards getting a closed Alpha to the community this year. It’s a ground breaking AI game in a number of ways that will utilize both Avatars to earn $PRIME and will consume $PRIME in a sink for a number of things.
We are core contributors to Wayfinder, and are obviously very excited about what’s coming down the pipe. We expect some material updates by end of June or July. With the Wayfinder vote looking strongly in favour of proceeding, it looks like caching is going to happen soon.
Tournaments took a back seat to fixing the stability and UI/UX issues but it will be back online in one of the next releases. Once we validate all is working well we can finally turn on High Stakes tournaments which run on PRIME and have a rake sink.
We have two more cinematics coming for marketing and one for Aftermath (more story driven) that we are working on. We plan to use the previously released ones and the new ones for marketing once we are released on Epic.
Crates is something the team is working on as a battle pass reward. Crates will be own-able and tradable assets that will likely require $PRIME to mint or open. We will share more on this from the main account soon. Think crates from CSGO but powered by $PRIME.
Mac and Mobile is something we have added resources for and I hope that we have them by end of year pending all goes to plan! I know engineering is hard at work on this and although I appreciate that people got ROGs to play we need to be on Mac and Mobile to make the game more accessible.
Digital card cases is something we still have in plan for the year to allow you to organize your decks into a single NFT but it got pushed out to later in the year in the interest of other priorities.
Planetfall will have a payload that is in $PRIME for those of you that want to round out your deck or chase a card that you may want.
On the physicals front we had a bit of an issue as one of the cutting dyes we use broke in production but we are expecting to be back on track with our Japanese and English packs of cards shortly. Our toys are in the final phase of quality assessment as well and then we are ready to begin manufacturing them and making them available to the community.
Parallel league has a $500K prize pool and is in the final stages of getting ready for release. I know there will be a lot of attention around this and am excited to find out who our first League Champion will be.
We are revamping the in-game rewards to make it more fun for new players and more rewarding for free-to-play players.
There is a lot to digest but these things all rollup to three core functions…
Growth via scale and distribution - bringing game(s) and stories to more people and platforms.
More utility for $PRIME be it more ways to use it, earn it, or spend it.
Quality in all things. We pride ourselves on the game and world and want it to be exceptional.
On a personal note, it’s been 4 years since starting Parallel. The team is 65 people now and there is a ton going on at any given time but they are all focused on building and scaling the game and IP. There is a lot we plan to deliver on this year and next but we have the right people in place to make it happen. Hopefully this gets you up to speed on where we are going and what you can expect in the coming weeks, months and year. //

Cheers, still wracking my mind on how you can be able to shuffle your hand, but still have a hand tracking system in place. Was hoping it would be a matter of player vs opponent perspective.
I do know there's a ton of benefit to being able to sort your hand. Both for new players (and old) to visualize their energy curves and turns. ADHD ticks and killing time while waiting on your opponent. And because eventually the game will be on paper and you'll be playing across a real opponent anyways?
Changes I want to see asap on this coming @ParallelTCG season as a lifelong semi pro MTG player:
- ability to shuffle cards in your hand
- space bar should be used as a primary hot key to end turn or progress actions
- Fix “end turn bug” and crucial gameplay affecting bugs
@PerfyGaming@ParallelTCG Ah I understand, I did not realize that was an intentional choice. Perhaps you are correct that if the animations were smoother you would glean more value from it.
Would both be possible? Was hoping it could be just a difference of player vs opponent perspective.
@JMiles007@ParallelTCG Could be sensitive but if the stages of choice are clear, with solid animations / UI, then it should be obvious when you can reliably hit spacebar.
@PerfyGaming@ParallelTCG Correct me if I'm wrong here, but MTGA allows hand shuffling but it only appears that way to you, the player, you cannot see your opponent shuffling their cards. It's very smooth.
@ParallelAiRev@base@solana Big facts. @ParallelTCG is the project that got me into Crypto and I’ve learned about so many ecosystems through it and still learning every day.
