hi bb, give yourself grace first of all, 2nd having even 1 person you can talk to helps, 3rd harm reduction techniques like ice, rubber bands, etc, (i’d google it!), 4th there are so many scare reducers like mederma and bio-oil that work with consistent application

@lohensbabe no bb! but i would wash it with gentle water and fregrance free soap if you have it, then cover in some bandage, it’s quite wide so if we can avoid infection rn that would be best, just keep it clean and covered! and neosporne is always a good add on 🫶
