My real advice for just basic protecting yourself is to take down your art and re-upload with all the art being Glazed. That is the first thing I would do.
The new version is out.

Next I would find my local rep and email about the privacy and data laundering in AI.

Visual artists often take between 5-10 years of low pay before hitting their stride and producing illustration/concepts at a high level expected in industry, still for a lot less pay than tech workers.

These AI use unpaid labor & take all credit. It is morally reprehensible.

The point of "Disruption" is to reduce the cost of workers.
To de-skill work so you can pay employees less.
Even if things "go back to normal" afterwards.

Consider that fulltime artists are already undervalued and overworked, and you have a recipe for disaster.

The only way to stop this is legal remedies.

AI and ML looks amazing right now, but like Uber and Lyft destroyed Taxi only to become worse Taxi with less workers rights, this will do the same.

@hankgreen has made a couple videos with similar points.

There's no way to "adapt or die" to AI. There's no way to overcome or beat it.

Because the arena is Capitalism, not Art, and the fight was never fair to begin with.

How can you beat something that literally steals your effort and produces infinite derivatives.
