@PLDT_Cares Simula October last year ko pa inaasikaso iyang bwiset na refund na iyan. Bot lang ata kausap ko. Kahit puntahan sa physical branches niyo, puro sinasabi ay maghintay lang. Nabigay ko na lahat-lahat ng documents na gusto ninyo. Pakibalik na lang ng pera ko.
