Many congratulations to St Anne's Classics students Ed Martin, Sofia Robson, and Sophie Park, who graduated from Oxford last week. We have treasured all three of you and know that there are great things to come.
Stats are coming in regarding GCSE and A-Level entires for 2023:
- GCSE entries to classical subjects rose by 24.7 per cent, from 3,595 to 4.480,
- A-level entries to classical subjects increased by 20 per cent, from 4,875 to 5,855.

Yesterday on our way to Hadrian’s Wall, Y8 & Y9 @GuildfordHigh classicists enjoyed Bolsover Castle in glorious sunshine. We then watched the sun set at the Temple of Mithras. Looking forward to Day 2 @GHSTrips
