I never knew I wanted a roommate until I got the most amazing one this year. She is the most amazing person, so dedicated to her job as an inclusion para, and a wonderful person to see every day. She got recognized as a GCISD Star— I WISH I had nominated her, but it wasn’t me ❤️

Putting on my mama hat today to say how proud I am of my third grader at @OCTaylorTigers for earning THREE Great Tiger Awards this semester! Two of them have to do with being respectful and kind. Thank you @OCTDagger and @OCTMorgan for encouraging kindness and seeing it in her ❤️

The Starbucks barista this morning recognized my name, asked if I was a teacher, then proceeded to thank me for teaching her son, who loved my class for two years in a row. What a wonderful way to start my day! Thank a teacher. It means so much when we are in the thick of it!
