Has anyone ever had any decent service from WebAfrica? I am amazed that in this world of client service; execs hide behind whatsapp centre agents to avoid actually treating customers fairly. I would love the CEO's cell number cos he doesn't respond to email!
@JHBWater This is only part fixed. Water is no longer flowing but we still have no water as the team shut valves off last night when they saw another leak. This is now third day with no water.
@CityPowerJhb still not able to register faults (with meter number and account number) - error messages. Still no power since 830am in Hope@Road, Mountain View.
