What @IndianExpress report revealed about centralising the process of SIR, our digital audit trail of the ECINet website, found its evidences in the code itself. We found that the code has a disabling feature for the State Nodal Officers also the warning message says that the enumeration form can be disabled for some states. These code built evidences speak a lot about the increased controlling authority of the state at the central level.
