Subject: Request for Release of Remaining Hajj Quota for Pakistan – Hajj 2025
Respected Excellencies,
Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullah,
On behalf of the private Hajj group organizers (HGOs) of Pakistan, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for the continued cooperation and support extended by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah towards ensuring a smooth and successful Hajj pilgrimage for Pakistani pilgrims.
We humbly write to request the early release of the remaining Hajj 2025 quota initially allotted to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. As per prior allocations, a portion of the quota was designated for private sector organizers. However, a significant number of HGOs are still awaiting confirmation of their share of the remaining balance.
Please be informed that most of the private Hajj operators have already paid substantial advances to hotels in Makkah and Madinah, catering, transport, and other services in accordance with respected regulations and the anticipated number of pilgrims. The delay in quota release is causing great concern, risking financial losses and logistical complications for the organizers and inconvenience for intending pilgrims.
In light of the above, we respectfully appeal to Your Excellency to kindly expedite the release of the remaining Hajj quota for Pakistan to enable timely completion of administrative and logistical preparations for Hajj 2025.
We remain committed to abiding by all regulations laid down by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and ensuring the sanctity and smooth conduct of the pilgrimage.
We are hopeful that our request will receive your kind attention and swift approval.
With profound respect,
Yours sincerely,
GHYAIS MALIK
