Rob Finnerty on Newsmax floating the idea, basically, pass a law so if a lower court judge gets overturned by the Supreme Court, they lose their seat and their law license.

It’s a raw take on the frustration with repeated blocks on Trump policies, especially from judges appointed by previous administrations.
Unfortunately federal judges have lifetime appointments under the Constitution. The only way to remove them is through impeachment by the House and conviction in the Senate for “high crimes and misdemeanors.” Getting a ruling wrong, even repeatedly doesn’t qualify. That’s by design, to keep the judiciary independent from political pressure.

The Supreme Court did just slap down those nationwide injunctions in the birthright citizenship case last year, saying judges can’t block policies everywhere for everyone, just fix it for the actual plaintiffs in front of them. That should cut down on the delay tactics you’re talking about.
Calling them all “activist rogue judges” is common rhetoric, but errors go both ways, conservative and liberal appointees get overturned. Tying someone’s career to their win-loss record against SCOTUS would politicize the bench even more, which is exactly what the framers tried to avoid. The real fix is probably more appeals court oversight and fewer blanket injunctions, not career-ending penalties for bad calls.

Here’s a neutral summary of the core complaint: many believe activist federal judges are blocking executive actions through nationwide injunctions, often favoring policies on immigration and social issues over constitutional limits. Critics argue lifetime appointments shield them from accountability, creating an imbalance where unelected judges override elected officials. Suggested fixes include reforming appointment processes, limiting injunction power, ending lifetime tenure, running financial investigations into potential conflicts of interest, and investigating external influences. Until these structural issues are addressed, the problem of judicial overreach is expected to persist.

This documentary exposes how the city of New York has been forcing HIV-positive children under its supervision to be used as human guinea pigs in tests for experimental AIDS drug trials, funded by Anthony Fauci's NIH.

All of the children were under the legal guidance of the city’s Child Welfare Dept, The Administration for Children’s Services. Most live in foster care or independent homes run on behalf of the local authorities & almost all the children are believed to be African-American or Latino.

The BBC identified Pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithKline and Pfizer as 2 of the pharmaceutical companies that provided the experimental drugs for the tests.
