@O2 After all that this is what response you get from O2 , despite sharing evidence and required details and clearly confirmed by Apple to refund or replace. O2 yet to register my complaint or apologise or call back !!! @OmbudServices @O2@TheO2@Ofcom@O2music@O2Comm
@emmachammond @O2 This is typical of O2 , they put you on hold for hours , once you get to speak to someone and explain the issue they drop the line and don’t even register the complaint or call you back @TheO2@O2
@emmachammond @O2@TheO2 I ordered online iPhone 13pro 1 TB , it costed me nearly 1.7k ,I am still paying instalments since April 22. Collected the phone from local o2 shop , reported immediately of issue within few days of collection but nothing done by @O2
@O2@TheO2@O2 Disappointing , Poor service. O2 doesn’t seem to realise ..inconvenience and frustration it causes to its customers. Despite sharing all details and evidence with O2 being treated like a yo-yo b/w Apple & O2 ..fault is have been O2 loyal customer over 20yrs.

Not surprised with your questions as have had terrible experience, instead of checking at your end or reading my messages where I have provided everything you are still questioning if I purchased this from O2 ? What do you mean ? It’s almost a year ….
@O2 I have been contacting O2 through different means but nothing is done. In short I paid for a genuine iPhone 13 Pro 1 TB but did not receive one , I straight away contacted O2 but have been treated like a yo-yo as explained several times over the phone as well as in my messages.

@O2 In a nicest way possible please get the phone replaced immediately or refund in full. I received phone which I did not expect nor want a repaired phone as I paid for new phone . Look forward to hearing back. Regards
